Import and Export Cards

Click the Options menu and click Import/Export


Importing Cards

Before you import cards, download first the CSV Template wherein you can enter all your data. By using our CSV template, you are certain that your data will be uploaded to your board correctly.

  • Title – The title of your card
  • Description – Add description about you
  • Due At – Entered in MM/DD/YYYY format
  • Size – S-Small, M-Medium, L-Large, XL-Extra Large
  • Priority – 1-Low, 2-Medium, 3-High, 4-Critical
  • Owner (email) – Card owners email address
  • Label – You may need to see the available label to use in your organization boards
  • Blocked Reason – Fill-in this column only if you are importing a blocked card
  • Watchers – Enter the email address of card watchers separated by “|”

Export Cards

Selecting ‘Export to CSV’ will provide the options to export “Only active cards” or “Only archived cards” or “All cards”  from your board into a CSV file with the following columns:

  • Card Number
  • Title
  • Description
  • Due At
  • Size
  • Priority
  • Owner (email)
  • Label
  • Created
  • Last Update
  • Done At
  • Archived At
  • Blocked Reason
  • Watchers
  • Card Container
  • State
  • Archived

Make sure to open or expand boards that you want to export. The closed or collapsed boards will not be included in the export.
