Card History

In this article

Cards in Kanban Zone record their actions and audit. This allows you to see when and who made changes. There are two types of card history. The card details history and a card audit log.

Card Details History

Card detail history include changes to card tasks, comments, attachments and links. When information is added, removed or updated, you will see when and who made this change in the recents tab of the card editor.

  1. Open a card by clicking on a card in a zone.
  2. Navigate to the Recent tab by clicking on Recent in the toolbar.
  3. Older additional history can be shown by clicking the ‘Show More’ button at the bottom of the list.

Card Audit Log

Card audit log includes changes to card general information and actions that have been taken on this card. Audit information will include when and who made this change or action in the recents tab audit log of the card editor.

  1. Open a card by clicking on a card in a zone.
  2. Navigate to the Recent tab by clicking on Recent in the toolbar.
  3. Open the audit log by clicking on the ‘Open Audit Log’ to the right of the Recent label.
  1. Older additional history can be shown by clicking the ‘Show Older History’ button at the bottom of the list.

When a card description is updated, you can see the previous description information by choosing Description Changes.

  1. Click ‘Description Changes’ and ‘Show Updated Description’ to view the details for the description as it was prior to the change.
