Manage Attachment Types
The members of your organization can attach files to the card they’re working on. You can manage which types of attachments you would like the members of your organization to use.
Attachments
- Dropbox
- Google Drive
- One Drive
- Attach by URL
- Upload from Computer
- Paste from Clipboard

By default, all options are enabled. To manage these file source options head to your Account Settings (Account > Organization > [name of your organization] > Add Ons).
1. Click on your account avatar in the top right-hand corner of your Kanban Zone board.
2. Select Organization and it will open the Account Settings window for the organization you selected.
The organization defaults to the organization that you had opened before entering Account Settings.
3. Click the ‘Attachments’ Tab from the list of items in the panel menu and your screen will show all of the attachment options supported by Kanban Zone.
4. You can choose to activate the attachment options by toggling the corresponding button to On (green) to enable or Off (grey) to disable an attachment source.
Note that the option to attach files from your computer is only available on a paid plan.
