View Members of a Board
Once you are a member of a board, you can gain access to the details of all the board members.
Access Member Details
1. Click the Board Settings button to the right of the board name.
2. The board settings always default to the Board Members setting. If you browse the board settings and need to see the list of board members, click on the Board Members settings from the left panel.
3. Once in Board Members, you will see the list of members with access to the board organized into our four board member roles:
- Administrator
- Collaborator
- Commenter
- Viewer
You will also see the last section “Not members of this board.” This is where all the members of your organization are listed and available to be promoted to one of the four board roles mentioned above.
4. To promote a member to a new role, click the badge icon next to the member
