We have only good news to share with you… We launched user onboarding to help new and existing users interact with Kanban Zone and learn quickly about our existing and upcoming features. This means we are focused on you and making sure you are happy!

The next time you log in, you will start seeing more and more simple ways for us to communicate with you inside Kanban Zone.

We launched walkthroughs prompted based on where you are in your user journey. For example, if you are new, you will get a Welcome Tour during a free trial. As an existing user, you will see hotspots that you can click to learn more about a specific feature.

In 2024, we want to interact more with you and continue to keep Kanban Zone simple and user-friendly.

It’s a small change but worth explaining… The most common click is Board Settings, which is now shown as a flask with a green settings icon and bolded to stand out.

In the future, when we make small changes that require communication with you, we will show you a hotspot to explain the change.

Card labels used to be limited to 15 colors and a maximum of 15 labels, but now you can still use our predefined 15 colors and pick ANY color you would like. This also means that you can create more than 15 labels.

As always, if you find an issue or feel something could be improved, please don’t hesitate to send us your feedback so that we can continue to improve Kanban Zone. You will never hurt our feelings, so don’t be shy. We would love to hear from you…
