Access

Integrate using a Solution
To save you time and make our No-Code Integrations truly no-code, we created Solutions that you can install. These already have the logic to interact with your external Apps for the most useful use cases with Kanban Zone. Save
The instructions below for adding a new App are the same until you select the specific app solution.
- Once in the Integration area (see Access instructions above), you will default to the Marketplace section under Solutions – Integrations > No-Code > Solutions > Marketplace.
- This is where you can install any of our solutions. Click the “Install” button for the solution you need.
- Follow the step-by-step instructions or watch one of the videos below for each of our solutions.
Google Forms
This solution lets you map the results of your Google Forms into your Kanban Zone card. This is ideal to standardize your intake process with a Google Form that anyone can use and then start your workflow with a card in Kanban Zone that will have all the information needed to get started.
Miro
Select one or install both Solutions for Miro.
- Miro to Kanban Zone: When Miro cards are created or updated, they stay in sync in Kanban Zone cards.
- Kanban Zone to Miro: When Kanban Zone cards are created or updated, they will stay in sync with Miro cards
It’s important to note that we only integrate with Miro cards and not with stickies. You can brainstorm with stickies with no impact to Kanban Zone. Once you are done brainstorming, you can convert the stickies into cards in Miro that you want to sync with Kanban Zone. This allows you to only sync what you need to track and deliver in Kanban Zone.
Clio Manage Matters
This solution lets you map Clio Matters into a Kanban Zone card. We currently only integrate with Clio matters. This will permit you to keep using Clio to store all your legal information while having these matters as cards in Kanban Zone. This will give you all the flexibility to service your customers efficiently using visual workflows and all the helpful features in Kanban Zone, like checklists, tasks, metrics, etc.
Jira
Select one or install both Solutions for Jira.
- Jira to Kanban Zone: When an issue in Jira is created or updated, it stays in sync in Kanban Zone cards.
- Kanban Zone to Jira: When Kanban Zone cards are created or updated, they will stay in sync in Jira issues.
Jira offers multiple issue types, and you can select which issue type to sync with a Kanban Zone card within the solution’s setup.
If you have multiple projects in Jira, you can install multiple Solutions in Kanban Zone to map to each Jira project by using a filter inside a Solution.
The video is coming soon.

5. Click “Enter app name” and select the app you want to start as the trigger for your automation
