Board Restrictions
As we continue to work with schools, teachers, and students to improve the way to learn by leveraging the Kanban method, we needed to make it easier on teachers to manage their classes. Instead of creating a board for each student to track their individual progress, with board restrictions a class can now be a single board with all the students on that board, but each student only sees cards assigned to them.
Although the solution started to help education, many use cases for boards with restrictions continue to be developed. For example, a support team can now receive tickets directly in Kanban Zone to see all issues but collaborate directly with customers who can only see their issues.

Saved Views in Table zone
Since Table zone provides a very flexible way to view and analyze all your data it became apparent that when you do set up your ideal way to view your data, you should have a way to save it, and now you do!
Once in the Table zone, you will see the Save icon at the top/right, once you like your view just click it, enter a name for that view, and you are done. Your previously saved views will show at the bottom of this menu so you can rename or delete these. Learn more about Table Zone…
My Zone’s Gamification
If you are new to Kanban Zone, then during your sign-up process, you must have noticed these 5 setup steps that once completed turn into achievement badges. These are what we call the bronze badges that simply make sure that you have completed your setup.
We will be adding many more badges grouped by colors like silver, gold, and platinum to add to the existing bronze. The goal of the next badges will be to ensure that you unleash your full potential in Kanban Zone by providing helpful ideas to improve collaboration and flow. Some of these badges will get awarded to you just because you are already doing great things, but others will be shown to help you learn about what else you could be doing.
