Let Your Productivity Blossom in March
This month is loaded with big features like Single Sign-On (SSO) and many smaller enhancements like our new Chat widget and improvements to My Zone, as well as a very helpful zoom feature on Kanban boards.
We also added a few convenience features to Move All Cards from one column to another, and the ability to Copy/Move a card directly from cards on your boards.

Single Sign-On (SSO)
Single sign-on is an authentication scheme that allows a user to log in with a single ID to any of several related, yet independent, software systems.
It enables large organizations to minimize security risks caused by password leaks and other unfortunate events involving their employees’ login credentials for the various tools they use.
In March, we introduce Single sign-on with OpenID Connect (OIDC) in Kanban Zone. It is available to all users of our Enterprise plan.

Create New Boards from Your Zone
The next time you go to “My Zone”, you will notice a fourth widget called “My Boards”.
It gives you the ability to seamlessly add boards directly from your zone. Ready to see how easy it is?
Zoom In or Out to Find Your Perfect Board View
Sometimes, you need a bird’s eye view of how cards are progressing on your boards. Other times, you must dive deep to understand why a high-priority assignment is falling behind schedule.
This month, when viewing a Kanban board, you will notice a new zoom widget that provides 3 levels of zooming:
- 3x is the zoom level that offers everything you need (default view)
- 2x only shows the title of the card using a smaller view but still shows blocked cards and tokens
- 1x only shows colored cards with an icon for blocked cards in the smallest view
Put this functionality to your advantage and enjoy the different levels of visualization it provides.
