In the spirit of always seeing the full picture, you can now use External Links to connect your work in Kanban Zone with external systems. When you add, move and copy cards, you can now choose to position it at the Top or Bottom of your selected column. For members who belong to multiple organizations, we hope that you will enjoy the smoother way to switch between organizations.
External Links
The ability to link cards within Kanban Zone is a very powerful feature for creating a Portfolio Kanban and to track work dependencies, but now you can use our four way linking relationship (parent/child, predecessor/successor) to also connect to work outside of Kanban Zone using External Links.
As shown above when linking to popular products like Hubspot, Salesforce, Atlassian, Trello, Bitbucket, etc… We will recognize these and display the corresponding icon, so that you can easily identify your external links.
Add, Move, Copy cards to Top or Bottom
When we first launched Kanban Zone, you could only add cards to the top of the Backlog column, but now you can add cards to the Top or Bottom of any column.
You will also be able to select the top or bottom position when copying or moving a single card and within bulk actions. Enjoy this small but helpful improvement to provide you with more flexibility.
Organization Switcher
If you belong to multiple organizations, then you can now switch between organizations from within the Board panel. As soon as you select a different organization, all the boards associated with that organization will be displayed.
If you don’t have your own organization yet, then what are you waiting for? From the same organization switcher menu in the Board panel, you will see a “Start Your Organization” option, just click that orange rocket ship and get your own organization setup!
